Good Day Everyone! This week's recommendations are: The Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling and the Pendragon series by D.J MacHale. If you've read the Harry Potter series (I mean, who hasn't?), then read the Pendragon series by D.J MacHale. I absolutely adore both series. I've know the Harry Potter series for far longer, and though they aren't similar, except that they both have several books, and that you grow up with them. Harry Potter (as the world already obviously knows) is about a boy named Harry Potter (surprise, surprise) who's a wizard and his experiences in Hogwarts, living with the awful Dursleys, and fighting the Dark Lord, Lord Voldemort.Pendragon, on the other hand, is about a boy named Bobby Pendragon (again, surprise) and his adventures through the dimensions of time and space. He is one of the Travelers, and the Travelers are people whose sole purpose (which is different than their initial one) is to save Halla (all that there is, everything that exists) and defeat Saint Dane. He is the main antagonist, a powerful yet corrupt Traveler that plans to manipulate the destinies of each territory at their turning points. He wants to rule all the territories after he destroys them and supposedly create a new world from the theoretical ashes.
